Boulder Campground (Rock Lake)

Located in St. Croix State Forest, managed by St Croix State Park. On Rock Lake, swimming/water access, fishing, nature trails (25mi), 6 picnic sites, fees.

  • It is O.K. to gather wood that is dead and lying on the ground (bottom of page)

Directions

From Hinckley take State Hwy. 48 east from I-35, 23 mi. to Co. Rd. 173/Grace Lake Rd.; Turn left and go north on 173 for 5 mi. to the Tamarack Forest Rd.; Turn right and follow the forest road approx. 5 mi. to campground. (Stay right at the fork near the end of the 5 miles.)
